We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Junior CSM to join our US team and help our clients get the most out of the platform.

Role Overview
You'll sit at the heart of our client relationships — the connective tissue between what we promise and what we deliver. You'll move fast to onboard new clients, keep a pulse on account health, and turn every conversation into a clearer path to value.
What you'll do:
Monitor client health, drive adoption, and proactively flag risks and opportunities
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product team
Run QBRs and check-in calls with key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Sales on renewals and expansions
What we're looking for:
1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role (SaaS preferred)
Strong communicator — confident on calls, clear in writing
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Curiosity about AI, emerging tech, and how brands show up in the age of AI agents
Based in or able to work New York hours
Bonus:
Experience at an early-stage startup Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Intercom.
Salary range: $70K–$90K
