Role Overview

You'll sit at the heart of our client relationships — the connective tissue between what we promise and what we deliver. You'll move fast to onboard new clients, keep a pulse on account health, and turn every conversation into a clearer path to value.

What you'll do:

Monitor client health, drive adoption, and proactively flag risks and opportunities
Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product team
Run QBRs and check-in calls with key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Sales on renewals and expansions

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong communicator — confident on calls, clear in writing

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Curiosity about AI, emerging tech, and how brands show up in the age of AI agents

  • Based in or able to work New York hours

Bonus:

Experience at an early-stage startup Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Intercom.

 Salary range: $70K–$90K
